Turning off that oh-so-American constant state of pituitary panic will not come naturally to many of us. Excuse me for talking out of school here, but my Dad does this, and it frustrates the hell out of me. It’s something deeply programmed into my own personal behavior and I’ve made a peace with it, awknowledged it and managed to sneak passed it a times. Maybe you feel the same way. But, that sense of panic is no way to live your life. So, take a deep breath, and try practicing turning it off once in a while.
