Just Breathe

With a face like this guy, how can he not have great advice for chronic sufferers of sadness. A great, stand-out listen from last week’s Science Friday about alternatives to the addiction/suicide cycle inherent in beginning an anti-depressant regimine. Yes, this means eating right, moving more and practicing mindful, introspective behavior.
