OK.  So, I’m posting this… you know what. I haven’t given it enough thought.  Can I give it enough thought?  Probably not.  There is not enough thinking that could make me understand this story.  Yet, here it is.  It’s on HuffPo, so, liberal guilt yourself.  I’m going to go huff some paint and try to make sense of this.

13-Story Mosque To Be Built Near World Trade Center Site

In a building damaged by debris from the Sept. 11 airliners that brought down the World Trade Center and soon to become a 13-story mosque, some see the bridging of a cultural divide and an opportunity to serve a burgeoning, peaceful religious population. Others see a painful reminder of the religious extremism that killed their loved ones.

They procede to air out the voices of the decidedly “not prejudice” who lost loved ones on September 11th and do not want this structure “so close” to where they lost those loved ones.

The logic is just… Well, there isn’t any.  This is a non-story.  There, I’ve thought about it enough to pronounce a ruling on it.  I am off to hire some Jews to built a pagoda on the moon.
